Pwede mag ask, naka experience na po ba kayo ng panunuyo ng lalamunan ngayon buntis kayo? Pwede po kaya gumamit ng Throat spray (Betadine gargle) Malapit na kasi ako manganak nakaka worry pag my ubo ka tapos CS pa. Hindi po kasi nag rereply yung Ob-gyne ko po. salamat po sa sasagot ❤️🤗

Pwede mo icheck yung box ng medicine if safe for pregnant. If unsure ka, you can drink warm water lagi. Or gargle warm water with salt para maeliminate yung bacteria na meron ka sa throat and mouth.
