Hi mommies. Ada tips or supplement yg sesuai untuk bagi rasa kenyang tak? Sebab kerap sgt lapar. Plus muntah everyday. Jadi lapar dan badan lemah sebab muntah

    sy mkn overnight oat sis time breakfast sbb sy working mom .. alhamdulillah lama kenyang nyaa, kdang 2 3ptg bru mkn lgii, tp sy xrisau sbb overnight oat tuu dia dh complete.. ada buah, oat, susu, chia seed .. mkn sejuk2 mmg lega rasa tekak 😁😁 buat mlm tuu untuk mkn esoknya
