Bab tidak keluar

Bun knpa ya anak saya dari pagi kaya mau bab tp ga keluar bab nya cuma mengejan² aja apa wajar anak saya usia 6 bulan lebih sebelum nya di kasih makan MPASI sun sama buah pepaya aja gmn solusinya biar bab nya lancar kasian ngeliat nya udh ngejan² tp ga keluar bab nya🥺

    sembelit mam. coba kasih buah yg banyak airnya dlu kek buah naga gitu2..atau yoghurt plain yg padat
