Anus bleed after shitting

Hi mummies, my LO has this problem. After her shitting, the first wipe of her anus will have a little blood spot. This problem has been there for several months and it happens on and off. Not sure if it is due to her hard stool. Can mummies advise me? Thank you.

Some babies find it soothing to shake their head from side to side. But you need to monitor other red flags and if there is anything wrong you need to seek advises from the doctor
