stopping breast feeding for 2y daughter

im pregnant for my scd baby now .. and my first daughter is about 2y old already,is it okay if my daughter still take breast feeding? how to stop it ? bcoz my daughter also take milk powde everyday, as I don know how to stop it bcoz her little brother is going to born soon...
