No sleep help

I am 27 weeks pregnant and i can not sleep..i am probably getting 1-2 hrs max broken sleep. Struggling with spd and visits to the toilet and then unable to switch off my night flys..any tips please i feel like a zombie.#pleasehelp #advicepls #pregnancy
