Cap.zincofer

Nurse suggest makan vit zincofer ni setiap hari. Kalau tak ambil folic acid lain as tambahan boleh tak? Sebab kalau consume folic acid 400mg Tu asyik muntah muntah

    Hye sis! makan ubat vitamin zincofer pon dah mencukupi dah, sbb dalam dia dah sedia ada semua termasuklah acid folid, sis dah boleh tggalkan acid folid yg 400 mg tu👍🏻
