Tak boleh jalan lepas bersalin

Hai Ada Tak mommies Kat sini lepas deliver Tak boleh jalan langsung?my experience last labour,lepas bersalin still okay,but the next day I start rase cramp dekat bwh perut and ended up tak boleh jalan,bed ridden taw,merasa pakai Pampers tena tu 2 mggu,kaki still Ada deria rasa,boleh gerak cuma I Tak boleh bangun at all mcm urat tertarik semua kt tengah area bwh perut tu.my CL bagus dia Tak urut initially just sapu minyak and than dgn garam bukit.after week mcm tu baru start urut.fully recover after 6 month,yes I start from scratch,nak belajar diri and jalan semula mcm budak kecik.sakit sgt.now I preggy 3rd child,and feel traumatic ?I think Ada relate dgn backpain I,bolehke I choose to czer? I fobia bersalin normal takut Tak boleh jalan lagi?

Klo spital krjaan dia akn tgk kprluan kita tuk sbrsalin czer tu sis..dia xakn bg klo sb yg biasa2,discuss la dgn doc mcm mn..smoga urusan sis dprmudahkan🤲
