Diabetic Pregnant

Hi po. Meron po ba dto preggy na diabetic? Nka insulin po ako now at 6weeks and 5 days. Ayaw ako bgyan ng OB ng gatas png buntis kc tataas daw sugar. Ano po kaya suggestions? Thank you.

    Hindi ako GDM pero hindi ako nag mimilk basta wag kalimutan inumin mga vitamins.
