Cara ngatur pola makan BBJ lebih

Saya hamil 35w tapi BBJ sudah 2,8 kg. Ada kah bunda² di sini yg mau sharing pola makan dietnya dari sarapan sampai makan malam biar si debay pas lahir tidak terlalu besar? Saya sudah kurangin nasi dan yg manis², jadi cuma sayur dan buah aja yg dibanyakin.
