    Pantangan untuk ibu hamil 1.Keju import (bentuk bongkahan) 2.Makanan mentah / setngah matang (sushi,steak,seafod,telur setengah matang) 3.Makan ikan laut (ikan hiu,tuna sirip kuning) 4.Makanan/Minuman Manis 5.Mengandung Kafein(teh,kopi,minuman bersoda) dosis maksimal 200Mg/hari tidak lebih dari 2 Cangkir 6.Susu yg tidak di panas kan dalam suhu yang benar2 matang (pasteorisasi) di anjurkan minum susu hamil/UHt 7.Makanan Pedas (untuk Ibu yang Mual muntah berlebih,) 8.Makanan yang asam (jangan berlebihan 9.Mie instan,fried chiken,burger hanya boleh di konsumsi 2x 1 mnggu
