30weeks hari ke 4

Bun, ada gak yg ngalami di usia kehamila 30 weeks ini . Otot terasa tegang banget, dan kadang bangun tidur kalau kata orang Jawa nya ( mulet) itu otot kitaa seketika tegang. Itu kenapa yaa? Dan solusinya gimana yaa?
