Is it to ok to feed babys formula-milk?

Hi mommies. Mag 3 weeks na ang first baby ko po this Thursday. Ask ko lang, normal po ba sa baby na mag ask ng milk after an hour ngayong 2 weeks na siya? Formula fed po si baby mommies. :)

Pano magkaka-milk?

Hi mommies, good day. Ano kaya ang pwedong inumin at kainin to have milk? Gusto ko rin kasing e breasfeed ang first baby ko. I was advised na kumain ng mga may soup especialy yung white shell para magkaka-milk ako, also nag ANMUM rin. Una, nagloto mama ko nung white shell (i forgot the name) and tomorrow may clear liquid na lumabas sa breast ko, tumigas rin ng breast ko and pinainum ko kay baby. After, pinainum ko rin ng milk-SIMILAC. Nung may nagpuntang nurse samin, we were advised not to eat that white shell kasi maka-cause ng HYPER. Nung nag labor kasi ako and 2 days after nanganak, don nag simula HB ko. Kaya nung nag stop akong uminom ng sabaw nun, hindi na rin nag wa-water yung breAst ko. Kaya ano po kaya ang nice kainin para magkaka milk, mommies? :) Thank you!
