Kid born with clubbed feet. What can be done here?

A cousin of mine who just had a baby had some bad news - apparently the kid has clubbed feet which may take up to three years of constant doctor visits and expenditure to fix (if at all). So I need to reach out to a pediatrician who hopefully knows a trusty pediatric orthopedic who can tell us what the path needs to be. Recommendations on how to treat this and what best can be done here?
