Hi all, this is the first time, first baby after 3 years marriage. now in second trimester but so sad, now i am have diabetes so i need to control my diabetes. i love to eat rice but i need to control it.. It very difficult to me to control because love to it.. sometimes i try to eat oat but after take it, i want to throw everything what i eat... so loya

syukur alhamdulillah tahniah nak jadi mummy to be... kena byakkan mindset bnde yg baik2.... saya pun gdm on diet masa pregnant... inn shaa Allah tak de pape jnji mummy kuat dan have fun dlm perjalann mengandung ni.... ok...
