38weeks and 3days

wala pa din signs ng labor. mataas pa din daw si baby as per last checkup ko. nag squat naman na ako starting 36weeks ko. di lang makapaglakad-lakad dahil sa community quarantine. ano pa po pwede gawin para bumaba si baby? thank you

    eat papaya and pineapples. nakakalambot daw po ng cervix. try yoga exercises for third trimester. also, nakakatulong po ang pagsesex para bumukas ang cervix.
