Is it OK not to have symptoms in 8week pregnant

1st time mummy here and cannot fell any symstoms yet I'm 8 week pregnant already.. Normal PA Po kayo to?

Yes po. May ganun po tlga. Like me, 3 mos ko na po nlman na preggy ako kasi wala nman symptoms.
