    Hi. Saya ada test puasa ganti dari masa 26w lagi. Alhamdulillah ok je. Macam saya ada cuba makan benda yg lain tiap kali nak try puasa. Untuk saya, apa yg buat perut tahan ni makanan tinggi serat/fibre. Saya ambil byk sayur/buah. Kurma pun makan. Oat pun bagi tahan perut. Telur 1-2 biji untuk protein. Boleh cuba makan kentang (mashed/baked etc) untuk karbo. Pastu minum air secukupnya. Kalau saya memang tahan sampai petang. Kena test sendiri apa yg tahan dgn perut. InshaAllah kalau takde masalah kesihatan mesti boleh tuu
