Aku hamil udh menginjak tm 2, tm 1 minum folamil genio sm vit d3 5000, tm 2 folamil genio sm kalsium, perlu tambahan asam folat lg ga ya kira-kira bunda bunda minta sarannya

    asam folatnya di folamil itu sudah tinggi bu. kalau mau nambah2 lagi bisa dikonsuktasikan ketika kontrol ke dokter.
