Tiada alahan (4 mggu 6 hari)

First mom here. Dh nak masuk mggu ke 5 tapi tiada alahan. Cramp kadang² je rasa tapi tak kerap. Tapi tak pernah bleeding. Jadi anxiety fikir baby ada ke tak. Nak tggu lagi dua mggu rasa lama sgt 😭 Normal ke?
