Having fever for the past few days

Hi, I've been having fluctuating fever, blocked nose and sore throat the past few days, and seen a GP and had only consume 4 dosage of paracetamol but it doesn't seem to be working. Did my swap and is negative too. Should I go to a GP or hospital if this continues?

I assume you’re pregnant, you didn’t mention. Just see a GP will do, ask for stronger medication that’s pregnancy safe.
