same weight monthly

Sa 1st and 2nd baby ko monthly tumataas Ang weight ko. But now pang third Hindi. Minimize ko Kasi pagkain ko. 75kg nako today 7months now. Nag pa check up ako sa center Lang tapos Sabi baka malnourish daw baby ko dapat uminom ako ng vitamins. Ferus sulfate Lang gamit ko. Please need advice. Kailngan ko pa ba mag pataas ng timbang?

Nacheck ba sa ultrasound yung timbang ni bb? Dpat may prenatal vitamins ka like Obimin plus & Calcium and balance diet para both healthy kau.
