Usia kandungan

I just came back from my 2nd scanned at clinic today.. i being told that my baby age is 5weeks 8days. Now im a little bit confius, last 2 weeks my 1st scan, the sonogram calculate my “kantung” as 5 weeks.. if according to my last period. Im suppose 10 weeks now.. its normal tht way? Tdi doc kata dh ada jantung
