bumil minum paracetamoll

selamat malam.. bu ibu sy hamil 7 minggu, sy demam tinggi, apakah aman jikalau sy mengkonsumsi paracetamol 500 mg untuk menurunkn demam? mohon penjelasannya.. terimakasih ?
