Acid reflux normal Po ba sa preggy mga mommshiee first time mom here

common po sya sa preggies.. meron din ako nyan before mabuntis, lumala nung naging pregnant😅 naiipit kasi ni baby yung stomach natin kaya tayo nagaacid reflux. advise sakin is, 1.wag agad hihiga atleast 1hr after kumain, 2. dapat mas mataas ang ulo kesa sa tyan kapag matutulog, 3. small frequent meals. kung madali mabusog itigil na ang pagkain, pag nagutom ulit after ilang hrs then kain ulit. small portions para di mabigla yung tyan. 4. avoid trigger foods. search nyo nalang po kay google😊
