does cephalexin anhydrous 500mg is safe for pregnant women

I'm currently pregnant and doctor suggested me to have a 5 day course of cephalexin anhydrous 500mg twice a day because of my urine infection..Can anyone tell me whether its safe for my baby because I'm very confused and already taken 2 day dosage..
