    Cuba satu biji dulu. Lepas tu check darah selepas 2 jam. Kalau tak naik tinggi, awak boleh makan. Kalau naik tinggi, elakkan. Kurma bagus untuk tubuh dan kandungan tapi ia manis . So kena careful sikit
