hemoglobin rendah

saya hamil 34 week. dan hb 6.9 gram/dL bidan menyarankan konsul dokter sp. o. g. nanti biasanya di transfusi darah. misalkan saya ikhtiar dulu dengan makanan dan vitamin yg mengandung banyak zat besi & vit c keburu tidak ya sampai hpl?
