Toddler's allergy cough

Hello po mga mamshies. Hingi lang ako payo for my 3 yo (turning 4 on Dec), may allergy cough sya as per her pedia. Hindi sya umuubo sa umaga-maghapon or kung uubo man sya mga 1x to 3x lang at ung ubo niya is very mahinhin lang (cant describe) prang may kumiliti lang sa lalamunan. Sa gabe naman bago matulog mas madalas at minsan nagsuka sya dahil sa ubo niya then kinabukas ganun na ulit hindi na sya uubuhin. Usually sa gabe lang. Nag ask ako sa pedia niya at sabe allergy nga lang daw un. Pinainom ko na sya ng alnix as prescribed ni pedia. And then nagfollow up ako sa kanya at sabi observe lang after 5 days at ganun pa din she will give her montelukast. 3 weeks na kasi ung ganun nya. May same experience po ba dito? At ano po pwede niyo maadvise?
