Pag-ibig MP2 savings for toddler

Hi mommies! Not knowledgeable enough po about sa mga savings for kids. Soon-to-be mom of two. Balak po namin i-open ng savings account yung toddler namin thru pag-ibig MP2 savings. Asawa ko lang po may work and sya lang may Pag-ibig account. Pwede po kaya ako mag-open ng Pag-ibig account pero yung sa MP2 savings lang huhulogan ko monthly? Thank you po sa sasagot!
