Anu suggestions po mga mommy yung 2yr old baby ko po kasi naging habit na gawin nap time yung madaling araw like matulog siya for 2-3hrs and then gigising at 10am na ulit matulog. Ang hirap 😭 tapos gigising siya 6pm na.. any vitamins na safe for her age para mahimbing tulog niya or pampahid?? Thanks in advance po sa suggestions..
