What is the sign of labor

Ano po ba ang sign nang labor? Nagsusuka po ako now, 38weeks preganant masakit napo lahat sakin pati yung ulo ko lahat nang kinakaen ko sinusuka ko ganun po ba talaga yun? Pls mommys pahelp! Thank you.

    labor po mommy pag hindi m na kaya maglakad kasi may pain ka mafeel na habang tumatagal pasakit ng pasakit
