    Gabisa tidur malem😭

    Ada yg sama ga buibu gabisa tidur malem, sejak awal masuk TM3? Awalnya krn perut kenceng terus, tapi lama² perut ga kenceng pun gabisa tidur juga yaampun takut tensi naik/turun bgt kalo insomnia terus²an😭😭

      saya juga susah bun tdr mlm nya sekrng,memulainya buat tidur nya ituu yg agak susah,yg kaki pegel,perut terasa begah ,nafas jd gk nyaman. kadang jam 11 atau 12 mlm baru bsa tidur
