Sleeping Position

Is there should be a sleeping position? I have read in some article that pregnant women should sleep on left side. Sleeping in right side and layed back can harm the baby? or have bad effect? Thank you for answering.

That's right momshie,it is advisable for a pregnant women to sleep on their left side to flow the oxygen and blood accurately.
