Swallon Leg And Weight Gain

Hi all, anyone facing swallon leg? Any remedy for it or what can be done to reduce the pain and swelling? I realise ending of my 2nd trimester and early 3rd trimester I'm gaining excessively. Anyone experience that? I hardly eat much. Looking forward to your feedback. I'm 29 weeks pregnant now. ?

Me. 29 week. Swollen too the other day. But thats bcoz i wear very tight socks. They said if you are dehydrated, wear too tightly, eat salty food all can cause swollen feet. Try sleep with feet raise up higher. My swollen feet just go like that after one day.

Baby Body Wash And Shampoo

Want to ask which is recommended for baby bath, shampoo, lotion and oil for newborn.. I am a first time mother and to many products in market. Everyone giving different feedback so confused. Also what is a good nappy rash cream? Is sudocream ok?

Cetaphil for bath, shampoo, lotion. Also used sudo cream for my baby.
