Glucose sa Urine while preggy, ano ang cause at ano ang risk sa pagbubuntis??

Hi mga mamsh, I'm 8 weeks pregnant and nirequire sakin ng OB na magpa urine test (October) and lumabas sa result na meron akong 4+ glucose sa urine. But before that, nung nagpatest ako last time around August since required sa company na pinapasukan ko na magpageneral check up, lumabas na negative naman ang glucose sa urine ko. So nabahala ako kung bakit out of nowhere may glucose ako sa urine since wala naman siya last time na nagpa urine test ako. Ano po ba ang cause nito and magka kumplikasyon ba to sa pagbubuntis ko? (And take note, hindi pa ako buntis nung August na nag negative ako sa glucose). Sana po matulungan niyo ako.
