My wife (28 weeks completed) feels flutters or gas like movements only, no kicks yet, she is pregnant first time, is this normal? How long does it take to feel kicks like strong movements?

loss of appetite and sleep

Since last 3-4 days, my wife complaints of loss of appetite , her usual craving for food has decreased and also sleeps a lot less than she used to. Is it a sign of some trouble going on or does it usually happens during pregnancy?
