Sudah telat tapi takut tespek

Hallo bunda. Saya pejuang garis 2 penantian 4,5 th. Baru kali ini telat haid ini hari ke 7 telat. Tp belum berani tespek pikiran takut bund klw garis 1. Saya promil Blackmores i-folic apa masih boleh di minum atau stop dlu ya bun. Trimaksih bunda tolong bantu di jawab🙏
