Puasa time 1st trimester elok ke?

Selalu sakit perut and pedih hulu hati bila puasa. Sahur tak boleh lebih sikit nnt pagi sampai petang rase nk muntah je.

    kandungan 1st trimester tak digalakkan berpuasa. takut effect dkt kandungan sbb janin bru nak membentuk perlukan zat utk bantu dia membesar.. sy pn bru 7week mmg tk puasa. nnt dh trimester kedua or ketiga 5bulan keatas boleh puasa🥰
