Does anxiety really comes with pregnancy? Sobrang down ko lately and I have been craving for cigarette because of it. Is there a diet or anything to follow

Yes I think its normal. Kasi high ang emotion natin kapag preggy po tayo. I suggest po na maglibang ka po like kung ano po mga hilig mo pong gawin. Less po tayo sa pag overthink para less stress din po.
