coping in early pregnancy

It's taken 3 years to fall pregnant after 6 failed rounds of iui and a very emotional round of ivf, I'm 11 weeks tomorrow and can't help feel like something is wrong constantly. I've already had 3 scans and I have my dating scan on the 16th but I'm terrified they'll tell me theres no heartbeat. Any tips on surviving what feels like the most horrendous wait known to man?
