Hello po, continuous po ba dapat ang pag inom ng gamot? Naubos ko na po yung 60pcs na naka-reseta, sodium ascorbate + zinc and prenatal. 19 weeks pregnant po.

Massage po ba? Kung yes po, go to prenatal massage may mga certain joints/pressure points po kasi na bawal ipamasahe ang mga preggy like us kasi it can lead to contractions po.
