FBS Normal po ba o hindi?

Tanong ko lang po kung normal po ba ito o mataas yung Blood sugar ko ? Worried lang po ako kasi pinaglihian ko puro matatamis late na din kasi ako naglihi po.Thank you sa responce madagdag ko lang po if mataas po blood sugar ko ano lang po pwede kung kainin para maging normal ?

    Mataas po. Bawas sa matatamis at rice/carbs.
