Should I consult psychiatrist? Is it postpartum depression?

Hi momshies. 1st time mom here and my baby is 13mos na. Sometimes, when I lost my temper nasisigawan or napapalo ko si baby unintentionally. Someone told me na that's not right thing to do as a mom. Pero since nagbuntis at nanganak ako, umiksi po talaga pasensya ko. And every time na super kulit ni baby, nasisigawan or napapalo ko sya talaga. Pero not to the point na magkakapasa or what sya ah. Nagguilty din naman ako as a mom pero kapag nag triger talaga yung patience mo, wala eh. Postpartum depression ba ito momsh? Need na ba magpa consult sa psychiatrist? I'm a single mom btw. Po aahh. I just need your opinion lang po.
