OGTT Test for my 2nd baby

Hello mga mi, kapag normal ba mga exams niyo (ihi, dugo, sugar) need pa ba mag OGTT test mga mi? Sa 1st ko kasi wala akong ganon. Ngayon ko lang siya nakikita sa Tiktok.

same experience. sa 1st pregnancy ko, there was no OGTT. but on my 2nd pregnancy, marami na pinapatest. one of which is OGTT. i understand since malaki ang gap ng 2 kids ko, may new protocols or new tests to check pregnant women for intervention to avoid risk/complication. sa OGTT, aside from fasting, sugar is checked after taking glucose or sugar kung tataas ng sobra.
