Is Spirulina safe during pregnancy?

My friend suggested spirulina for supplements. But i have mixed feelings about taking supplements during pregnancy. Anyone had any experience taking spirulina during pregnancy? Thank you 🙏

I’m cold all the time.

Dear experience mothers, why do I feel cold all the time? It is summer and I’m wearing my thick jumper and thick socks every day like a crazy lady. I’m in my 1st trimester. What else can i do or eat or drink to help this.#firstbaby #freezing
