Frequent heartburn and brixton hicks at 31 week

Have been having frequent heartburn and brixton since the end of August. It makes me lose my appetite to eat and sleep. My pelvic area kind of feels cramped when trying to turn in bed even when walking for a few steps, but the pain is still quite bearable. Im not quite sure if i should take it seriously.

yups, very normal to have these. Can take gaviscon for the heartburn, and try to move slowly for the pelvic pain
