Hi, boleh tau ada apa2 senaman yang sesuai untuk ibu mengandung di trimester kedua? Now I'm in 20th weeks. Dulu time bujang kerap exercise. Tapi lepas pregnant tak berani nak lasak2 sangat. But still rasa macam perlu bersenam sebab stamina macam dah takde. Jalan sikit or naik tangga dah mengah. Please do share your exercises, awesome active pregnant mommies out there! 🙏🏻#pleasehelp
