haid telat tp negatif

aslamualikum bunn sya mau tnya sya bulan september tidak haid sehrusnya sya haid tngl 23 dan sya cek terakhir tngl 12 tp negatif beberpa hri kmudian sya bru haid kmrin tgl 15 tp sklinya haid ,perutnya sakit sekali itu knp ya boleh minta solusinya .. terimakasih
