susu ibu mengandung

Sy baru tau sy preggy 5weeks.. sekarang tengah survey nk minum susu apa.. banyak dengar nasihat cari susu yg kurang kandungan gula, so nnti xkena kencing manis masa ngandung.. ada yg kata kalau minum susu tepung ibu mengandung tu nnti baby jadi besar.. boleh tanya pendapat ibu² sekalian?
